Starting December 1, 2024, many businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises, will be required to issue computerized shipping documents and transmit them to myDATA.
In the past, many companies of this size have opted not to implement ERP systems, meeting only the basic requirements of myDATA through alternative solutions. Some, particularly in the service provider sector, saw little need for ERP, as they did not manage warehouses, inventories, or item coding. However, it now appears that myDATA is entering a new phase, marking only the beginning of broader changes. While the requirements for December 1, 2024, are minimal, the AADE’s roadmap for shipping documents outlines extensive developments scheduled through 2025.

The activation of Electronic Invoicing is done on the same system, in a "software-defined" way, i.e. with simple configuration!
